I then looked at ways I could set up easy processes that your senior receptionist or office administrator can manage that will efficiently run your practice according to your needs while you were trying to fill the PM role.

I have good relationships with IT professionals, accountants, and phone support services that I trust to get the job done in a professional and timely manner.

There is no lock-in contract just an agreement between your practice and myself for assistance and /or support as required.
